Our Services

J2 Athletics offers Athletic Development Classes both group and one on one to a wide variety of age groups, both males and females. Our classes are structured to teach and develop the athlete. We believe in developing a foundational base. This foundational base allows us to continually progress each athlete through our program. This begins the process of long term athletic development! J2 classes are structured as STRENGTH TRAINING and SPEED & AGILITY.

Strength Training is all about learning the proper way to move. We want the athletes to be movement technicians! Speed & Agility we will focus on creating a fun and competitive environment as well as hammering home the fundamentals of speed (Acceleration, Top Speed, Deceleration, and Change of Direction).


Our J2 classes are normally structured as group training. This allows us to create a competitive and positive environment for every athlete that walks through the doors at J2. Every training level is more than welcome to come in and train at J2. No matter if its your first time training or if you have trained for multiple years.
